Are you ready to take your health and consciousness to the next level? Have you been dealing with a mystery illness or chronic pain? Having a basic understanding of how your energy body and energy healing works will allow you to take better care of your mind, body and spirit. In this Chakra Realignment Course, learn basic concepts of energy healing, and the seven major chakras. You will be introduced to a variety of healing tools including yoga, meditation, crystals, mudra, mantra, and more! Each week will be centered around one of the chakras, and you will focus on a different healing tool each day. You will receive an activity prompt by email each morning with instructions for a 15-30 minute activity. These activities are designed to get you familiar with the concepts and tools while actively balancing your energy field. I am here every step of the way!
